Ben Yip is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Nan Fung Trinity (HK) Limited, where he manages the legal, regulatory and compliance requirements of the investment management, advisory and private investment businesses. Prior to joining Nan Fung, Rong was a Senior Partner at Portfolio Advisors, a US-based private markets manager, where she evaluated and executed investment opportunities in private equity funds, secondary transactions and co-investments in Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Portfolio Advisors, she was an auditor at Deloitte in London and Hong Kong, focusing on financial institutions. Prior to joining Nan Fung, Hanyu was a research analyst for industry and utilities at Deutsche Bank Hong Kong.

Previously, he was a research analyst at HSBC and CCIC. She joined Nan Fung Group as a Management Intern, where she completed a 2-year rotation program for investment-related functions. Prior to joining Nan Fung, Charles was a macro strategist at SeaTown Holdings in Singapore, where he was responsible for global multi-asset allocation and top-down macro research. He co-managed a macro portfolio focused on equities, bonds, currencies and interest rate strategies with ETFs, futures and swaps. Previously, he was an equity strategist for emerging markets and Asia at Goldman Sachs. Leslie studied economics at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining Nan Fung, Kenny was a metals and mining analyst at the Royal Bank of Scotland. He has also held positions as a special situation buy-side analyst at Standard Bank and as a telecommunications and internet analyst at Merrill Lynch. Cherry joined Nan Fung Group as a Management Intern. Prior to joining Nan Fung Trinity, Cherry worked at Mills Fabrica, an innovation arm of the group, where she was responsible for direct investments and early-stage funds. Prior to Mills, she worked in the Group CEO`s office and supported various strategic and operational initiatives for the group.

Dudu holds a bachelor`s degree in economics and finance from the University of Hong Kong and holds the CFA designation. Prior to joining Nan Fung, Leslie worked for Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited where he spent 6 years and 4 years respectively in the middle office for interest rate derivatives and the middle office for cash equities. Benjamin received his MBA from CUHK and his Master`s/B.A. in Electrical Engineering from National Tsinghua University. He also held 14 U.S. patents and 7 international articles. Dick Wei joined Nan Fung in 2020. Dick is involved in the company`s public equity investments. Rong earned a bachelor`s degree in accounting and finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Prior to joining Nan Fung, he joined Millennium Capital Management in 2019 as a Technical Analyst.

Previously, he was a sell-side semiconductor analyst at KGI Securities and Macquarie Capital Securities. He was also an integrated circuit design engineer and project manager at ITRI before starting his career in finance. Charles holds a Master`s degree in Financial Engineering, a Ph.D. and a Bachelor`s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. Mr. Wei graduated from the University of Washington and Stanford University with engineering degrees and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Nan Fung Trinity, Karmen was Senior Director of Compliance at Bank of Montreal Global Asset Management (Asia) Limited. His responsibilities included processing various SFC regulatory applications and reports, issues related to unique businesses and licences, and compliance audits. Previously, she was Vice President of APAC Core Compliance at J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, where she was responsible for implementing the company`s global compliance program. She also worked as a Chartered Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong.

Hanyu holds a bachelor`s degree in finance, a bachelor`s degree in applied mathematics from Peking University, and a master`s degree in financial mathematics from Stanford University. Prior to joining NF Trinity in 2019, Helen was Head of China Equities for BlackRock`s Fundamental Equities group. His responsibilities included managing various portfolios in China, overseeing the generation of research ideas for China-related investments for regional portfolios and developing the active Chinese equity investment platform in collaboration with other parts of the company. Helen has been a member of the BlackRock Investment Council, the Emerging Markets Investment Council, the company-wide Geopolitical Risk Committee and a board member of BlackRock Onshore China WFOEs. Previously, Ben served as in-house counsel at Nan Fung Group, where he was responsible for advising the group`s private equity, funds, investments, joint ventures and cross-border transactions. He was instrumental in obtaining SFC`s asset management license and launching the Group`s first multi-strategy hedge fund in Asia. Prior to joining Nan Fung in 2020, Jack was a partner at Primavera Capital, a leading China-based private equity firm, where he evaluated various buyout and growth equity investment opportunities in several regions. Prior to Primavera, he worked at Credit Suisse Investment Banking in Hong Kong and oversaw the TMT business in Asia. Previously, he worked in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York. Prior to joining Nan Fung, Jacky worked at Safe Investment Company Limited (SICL) in Hong Kong and has specialized in the global TMT sector since 2010. He also worked in the prime brokerage division of UBS and Goldman Sachs.

Karmen Chan joined Nan Fung Trinity in 2022 as Chief Compliance Officer, focusing on various compliance and regulatory issues. Helen has also worked in corporate private equity and investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in Hong Kong and New York. She studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology; and is a member of the advisory board of the MIT Sandbox Innovation Fund program. She is also a member of the advisory boards of BlackRock Private Equity Partners and IMF Pension Investment Co. Helen and her husband have lived in Hong Kong since 1999 and have four daughters. Ben is an experienced lawyer in the field of wealth management. He has experience structuring a variety of investment programs and advising on investment management, downstream investment transactions, private equity and hedge funds, regulatory compliance, governance, licensing, regulations, policies and procedures. Having been involved in the core of wealth management and having worked on numerous transactions across a variety of industries, he leverages his in-depth knowledge to provide practical advice to boards and executives. Prior to joining Nan Fung, Andrew was Head of Trading at Parantoux Capital and Sylebra Capital, two Hong Kong-based long/short fundamental hedge funds.

Previously, he was a precious metals market maker at HSBC and a US execution trader at BOCI. Prior to joining Nan Fung Group, Ben held several in-house counsel and compliance positions in Hong Kong and Beijing. Prior to moving into the house, Ben worked in private practice in Hong Kong, Beijing and the UK. He was an attorney at King & Wood Mallesons, where he handled a variety of matters ranging from mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, VIE structures, joint ventures and commercial transactions. Ben has experience in litigation, industrial property, licensing and commercial litigation, having worked in a UK law firm before moving to Hong Kong. Prior to joining Nan Fung, he was Director of Strategy at Ele.me (acquired by Alibaba), where he led Ele.me`s corporate strategy and investments. Previously, he was Managing Director at Credit Suisse and Head of Internet and New Media Sector Research at J.P. Morgan Asia Pacific (ex-Japan), where he led the Internet, New Media and Education research teams for both companies. Mr. Wei has been named the No. 1 Internet Research Analyst in Asia by Institutional Investor (II) magazine several times. He has also worked at Merrill Lynch and Quantum Corporation in the United States.

Pierre holds a master`s degree and a bachelor`s degree in industrial engineering and operations research from UC Berkeley. Christina holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia. She was called to the bars of Hong Kong and Australia. Jack Guan is Vice President and focuses on the company`s private funds and direct investments. Stella Chiu joined Nan Fung Trinity in 2022 as Vice President, Business Development. Stella focuses on initiatives related to business development, marketing and investor relations for the development of the company`s third-party business. Pierre Wong joined Nan Fung Trinity`s investment team in 2021 as a Data Scientist.

Superiore
